2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service, preferably UPS, to the address listed below.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Recommended carrier: UPS, to ensure secure delivery and tracking.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (such as PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
